Moscon Sdn Bhd (“Moscon”) has been venturing into the business of
affordable housing solution provider property investment, property management, and construction since 1997. Moscon is a 100% Malaysian owned company with directors’ who having vast experience in the affordable housing development and construction industry.
The inspired Board of Directors consists of Datin Low Tan Yu, Dato’ Louis Chai Ming Foo, and Datin Seow An Nee who has so far managed Moscon successfully with several maiden projects which are categorized under the Affordable Housing Concept mainly in residential projects which are completely handed over to the buyers periodically. The affordable housing projects namely Taman
Bentara, Taman Amanah, Taman Dato’ Hormat, and Taman Srikandi are all located in Kuala Langat, Selangor.
